Served as a sharp-flavoured condiment with bhakri, dal-rice, or as a side. NOTE: classical Red Chilli Thecha would include green/red chillies; this preparation is garlic-only.

  1. To begin making the Red chilli Thecha Recipe, first grind together the red chillies, garlic and salt to a coarse paste in a mortar and pestle or a blender.Transfer the  ground chillies in a bowl or a bottle.In a tadka pan heat the oil.
  2. Refrigerate the Red Chilli Thecha in an airtight bottle to use as and when you require.
  3. Serve Red Chili Thecha with Bhakri or  Roti and Dal Vangi Recipe for a wholesome meal.
