- Coriander Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Spring Onion (garnish) — 15 g (chopped)

- Pork Belly — 250 g (chopped)
- Carrot — 70 g (chopped)
- rice — 250 g (whole)
- green peas — 50 g (whole)
- onion — 80 g (chopped)
- salt (optional) (whole)
- Soy Sauce — 30 g (whole)
Tempering
Method
- Use cooked, cooled rice for separate grains. Cut the pork into small bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or wok on high flame. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add the pork and stir-fry on high heat until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Add the cooked rice and salt. Toss briskly on high flame until well mixed and hot.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
