Mizo Pork Fried Rice

Method

  1. Use cooked, cooled rice for separate grains. Cut the pork into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai or wok on high flame. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add the pork and stir-fry on high heat until cooked through and lightly browned.
  4. Add the cooked rice and salt. Toss briskly on high flame until the rice is evenly coated and heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
