
Hyderabadi Ram Ki Bandi Dosa

Ingredients
Garnish
- Coriander Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 2 tbsp (chopped)

- Dosa Batter (Classic) — 250 g (whole)
- Ghee — 2 tbsp (whole)
Tempering
- Coconut Oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
Method
- Ensure the dosa batter is well fermented and of pouring consistency. Add salt and mix gently. Thin with a little water if needed.
- Heat a flat tawa until hot. Sprinkle a few drops of water - it should sizzle. Lightly grease with oil and wipe with a cloth.
- Pour a ladle of batter in the centre and spread outward in a spiral into a thin round dosa.
- Drizzle generous ghee around the edges (the Ram Ki Bandi style is extra ghee). Cook on medium-high until the base turns golden and crisp.
- Fold or roll the dosa and serve hot immediately with chutney and sambar.
