
Tea Garden Pakora

- Coriander Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 2 tbsp (chopped)
Main
- salt (optional) — 5 g (whole)
- Gram Flour — 1 cup (ground)
- Cabbage — 80 g (chopped)
- green chillies — 6 g (chopped)
- Turmeric Powder — 1 g (whole)
- Spinach (Palak) — 100 g (chopped)
Tempering
Method
- Wash and finely chop the spinach and cabbage; slit the green chillies.
- In a bowl, mix gram flour with turmeric powder and salt; add the chopped spinach, cabbage, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle a little water and mix into a thick batter that coats the vegetables well.
- Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and deep-fry in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with green chutney alongside a cup of Kangra tea.
