- banana — 100 g (chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) — 2 g (ground)
- Gram Flour — 100 g (ground)
Tempering
- Coconut Oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
Method
- Peel ripe bananas and slice into thick rounds or lengthwise pieces.
- Whisk gram flour with red chilli powder, salt, and water into a smooth, thick coating batter; fold in chopped coriander leaves.
- Heat coconut oil in a deep kadhai on medium flame.
- Dip each banana slice fully into the batter and slide gently into the hot oil.
- Fry in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp; drain on paper towels. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
