- coriander powder — 1 tsp (ground)
- Turmeric Powder — 0.5 piece (ground)

- sweet corn — 1 piece (chopped)
Tempering
Method
- Prepare all the ingredients for Tangy Corn Tamatar Bharta - boil the sweet corn kernels and keep the tomato pulp ready.
- Heat butter and oil together in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add finely chopped onion and saute until soft and translucent.
- Add the tomato pulp and green chillies; cook until the tomato softens and the oil separates.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder; mix well and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the boiled sweet corn and grated ginger; mix well and simmer until the corn is coated with the masala.
- Season with salt to taste, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
