
Paneer Bhurji Wrap

Garnish
- Coriander Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 2 tbsp (chopped)
Main
- Paneer — 250 g (whole)
- Turmeric Powder — 0.25 tsp (ground)
- salt (optional) (whole)
- garam masala powder — 0.5 tsp (ground)
- coriander powder — 0.5 tsp (ground)
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) — 0.5 tsp (ground)
- Wheat Flour (Atta) — 100 g (ground)
Tempering
- Cumin Seeds — 0.5 tsp (whole)
- oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
Method
- Knead a soft dough with wheat flour, a little oil and water. Rest 15 minutes, then roll thin rotis and cook on a hot tawa. Keep warm.
- Crumble the paneer. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and saute. Add the crumbled paneer.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Toss the paneer bhurji on medium flame for 3-4 minutes until dry and well coated.
- Place a portion of the hot paneer bhurji along one edge of a roti. Sprinkle fresh coriander.
- Roll the roti tightly into a wrap. Serve hot with chutney.
