- Pork Belly — 250 g (chopped)

- rice — 250 g (ground)
Tempering
- Cumin Seeds — 1 tsp (whole)
- oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
Method
- Rinse the rice well and cut the pork belly into small pieces.
- Render the pork belly in a pan over low heat until the fat melts and the pieces turn golden.
- Add the rice and water, season with salt, and cook covered until the rice is soft and sticky.
- Stir so every grain is coated in the pork fat and rendered pieces.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
