- Coriander Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Mint Leaves (optional) (garnish) — 8 g (chopped)

- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) — 3 g (ground)
- Ginger — 12 g (chopped)
- Curd — 60 g (whole)
- Lemon — 15 g (whole)
- Garlic — 12 g (chopped)
- Wheat Flour (Atta) — 100 g (ground)
- onion — 80 g (chopped)
- chicken — 450 g (chopped)
- salt (optional) (whole)
- garam masala powder — 2 g (ground)
Tempering
Method
- Marinate boneless chicken strips in curd, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the marinated chicken on a hot tawa or grill with a little oil until cooked through and lightly charred, about 10-12 minutes, then slice.
- Make thin rumali roti from wheat flour dough, rolling it paper-thin and cooking briefly on an inverted hot tawa.
- Place the grilled chicken slices, sliced onion and mint chutney on the rumali roti and roll it up tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately while warm, cut into pieces if desired.
