- Drumstick Leaves — 220 g (chopped)
- Water — 0.5 cup (whole)
Tempering
- oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
- Cumin Seeds — 2.65 tsp (whole)
Method
- Wash and roughly chop the drumstick (moringa) leaves; drain well.
- Heat oil in a kadhai; temper with cumin seeds until they crackle.
- Add the chopped drumstick leaves along with a little water; stir-fry on medium flame for a couple of minutes.
- Cover and cook until the leaves are tender.
- Season with salt, stir-fry uncovered to dry out excess moisture, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dal-rice.
