Ukad is a comforting, warm porridge originating from Maharashtra, made with rice flour and flavored with a blend of spices, including green chilli, asafoetida, and curry leaves. It's often served as a light breakfast or snack, especially during the monsoon season. The creamy texture and subtle flavors of the dish make it a soothing treat on a chilly morning.
