- Atta (Sharbati Premium) — 150 g (plain)
Method
- Mix wheat flour, salt, water gradually to form a soft pliable dough. Knead 5-7 min until smooth. Rest 15 min.
- Divide into lemon-size balls. Roll each into a 6-inch thin round on a floured surface.
- Cook on a hot tava 30 sec per side. Move to direct flame for 5-10 sec — phulka should puff up. Brush with ghee if desired.
