  1. Wash the mutton (goat) liver well and cut into small cubes; cut potato into small cubes too.
  2. Heat mustard oil and lightly fry the potato cubes until golden; set aside.
  3. In the same oil add chopped onions and slit green chillies; fry until onions turn golden.
  4. Add the liver and saute on high; cook off the moisture so it does not turn rubbery.
  5. Return the fried potato, season with salt and whole garam masala, and stir-fry until dry and well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot as a side with rice or roti.
