Main
- sugar — 20 g (whole)
- Puffed Rice — 150 g (whole)
- salt (optional) (whole)
- Peanuts (optional) — 2 tbsp (roasted)
- Ghee — 30 g (whole)
Method
- Wash and prepare all ingredients for Muri Ghee. Chop vegetables, marinate protein if needed.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin/mustard seeds for tempering.
- Add the main ingredient. Season with turmeric, salt, and spices.
- Stir fry on medium flame until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Adjust salt and spices. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
