- Gram Flour — 1 cup (ground)

- Mutton — 500 g (chopped)
Tempering
- Coconut Oil — 2 tbsp (whole)
Method
- Prepare the filling/mixture for Goan Oyster Fry. Chop or mash ingredients as needed.
- Mix with spices, salt, and binding agent (besan/flour). Shape into desired form.
- Heat oil in a deep kadhai on medium flame.
- Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with chutney.
