- Mahua Flower — 50 g (ground)
- Jaggery — 100 g (whole)
- rice — 200 g (ground)
Method
- Prepare the filling/mixture for Lodha Tribal Mahua Pitha. Chop or mash ingredients as needed.
- Mix with spices, salt, and binding agent (besan/flour). Shape into desired form.
- Heat oil in a deep kadhai on medium flame.
- Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with chutney.
