  1. Dry-roast the peanuts in a heavy pan on low flame until fragrant and lightly browned; let them cool, remove the skins, and coarsely crush or grind them.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in the same pan and melt the jaggery on low flame until it forms a thick, non-sticky syrup.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix in the crushed peanuts and cardamom powder thoroughly.
  4. While the mixture is still warm, shape it into firm round laddus with lightly greased palms.
  5. Let the laddus cool completely and set before storing.
